Computer Applications courses help students update their skills and help them with their every-day tasks. Use of personal computers has become a standard requirement in the business world as well as personal life. Students will learn how to use computers, how to type, how to create, modify, update and use text documents, spreadsheets, databases, presentations and much more.

NEW in the summer semester 2008: A training series for all the popular Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. With hands-on interactivity and teacher assessment, this learning environment helps users of Microsoft Office to achieve their full potential. If you are new to the MS Office, here is the help you need in getting used to it. The classes start June 2, 2008 and they will meet on evenings three times a week until August 1, 2008 at Highland Business Center. During the month of August students can attend the follow up series of advanced applications to become proficient in macro procedures, mail merge, advanced formatting techniques, security features and office integration. Multiple programs taught in a series foster accelerated learning and provide superior workforce preparation. Registration for summer classes starts April 29, 2008.
