Submit An Event to the ACC Calendar

Any event submitted to the ACC College-Wide Calendar must be sponsored or co-hosted by an ACC department, office, or affiliate as well as meet the What’s Happening at ACC calendar guidelines.

Use this form to submit for approval an ACC-related event.

Approved events are posted within 24 hours after receipt.

Requestors needing a sign language interpreter or other accommodations, please contact Interpreter Services at interpservices@austincc.edu or 512-223-6155, at least 48 hours in advance.
Calendar managers are not responsible for making these arrangements.
