Joined the public finance section of the firm in September 2004. Practice area includes work as bond counsel and underwriters counsel in financings involving state and local government, universities and agencies; outside counsel to State economic development agency; participated in financings for the State’s Product Development/Small Business Incubator Program and Texas Industry Development Loan Program drafting loan agreements and other documents.
