Le’ Bistrette is a student run, on campus cafe featuring American cuisine. It is the capstone class, American Regional, for students completing their first year of our Culinary Arts program. Students gain a practical hands-on experience at a live, quick service restaurant which tests their knowledge gained up to this point in their studies. Each student will work every station in the fast paced kitchen, including becoming a manager one week during the restaurant’s operation.
Le Bistrette will be reopening during the Summer 2012.
