Anise Schiff has extensive experience in restaurant management and food service distributor sales and began teaching at ACC in 2009. In addition to instructing at ACC, Anise is a District Sales Representative for Ben E. Keith. She has an in-depth understanding of food cost analysis, profit and loss, product leverage, inventory management and percentage goals. Previously, Anise worked as Director of Sales for a catering company in Austin and excelled in managing respected restaurants such as Houston’s. Anise received her BA in Hospitality and Tourism with a Minor in Business from New Mexico State University.
A proponent of education, Anise is in the early stages of obtaining her graduated degree and volunteers with a non-profit organization as time allows. Anise teaches Food Production and Planning and Dining Room Service in the ACC Culinary Arts Department.
