All Culinary Arts students are required to advise with a designated Chef Instructor and submit a student petition EVERY semester prior to registering for Culinary Arts classes. It is imperative that the student petition be submitted in a timely fashion to ensure you are able to register for your classes.
All students are required to submit a copy of their Program Evaluation along with thier Student Petition. .
Please ensure that you understand the degree track you have chosen, along with necessary prerequisites. If you are uncertain about which classes you are eligible to take next, please meet with a Culinary Arts advisor.
Student Advising for Fall 2014 is underway through August 19, 2014. To make an Advising Appointment, Culinary Arts students need to contact Chef Sandi Pepper and Pastry Arts students need to contact Chef Stephanie Herrington. Please bring all necessary form with you to your advising session.
