Chef David Myers graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2003 with an A.O.S. He has worked in the industry for 12 years, including for a MIchelin starred chef at L’Orangerie in Los Angeles. David has been actively working as a chef in Austin for the last eight years and joined the faculty at ACC in the Summer of 2012.
David’s passions are in charcuterie, pasta making, and teaching. He is an avid gardener who raises chickens and has a pet pig. He is excited to put his knowledge towards education at ACC. David currently teaches Introduction to Foods to first year students.
