exemplary certified program, offering in-depth culinary training and instruction at our school.
The Culinary Arts Department has a faculty of expert Chef Instructors that provide the hands-on education and necessary technical training to help you successfully enter the food service industry.
Culinary Arts Informtaion Sessions
Information Sessions will begin June 3, 2014 and run through August 19, 2014. If you're interested in what the Culinary Arts Program has to offer, feel free to stop by and attend a session. This is an opportunity to ask questions and take a short tour of the department and kitchens.
Join us every Tuesday at 4:00pm and Thursday at 10:00am in Bldg. 3000, Rm 3154.
Student Advising Fall 2014
Student Advising for Fall 2014 is underway through August 19, 2014. To make an Advising Appointment, Culinary Arts students need to contact Chef Sandi Pepper and Pastry Arts students need to contact Chef Stephanie Herrington. Please bring all necessary forms with you to your advising session.

New Student Orientation for
The Culinary Arts Program will be holding a mandatory New Student Orientation for student joining our program in Fall 2014.

Friday, July 25, 2014
11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Building 3000, Room 3158
We will be discussing student code of conduct, uniforms and knife/pastry kits, and expectations for a successful program. At the end of orientation, you will be taken on a tour of both kitchens.
If you have not ordered your chef’s coat by orientation, please do so now as delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
Please take this time during orientation to ask questions. We want all our students have the tools to be successful.
