We have dish station, pantry, pastry, and hot line positions including a wood fired oven and wood fired grill, as well as a sauté available. Pay would be commensurate with experience, though no experience would be necessary for an entry level position such as pantry which would include making appetizers, salads, and desserts. We can and will train the right individuals who are willing to learn. Any and all previous experience can
only help during consideration but is not necessary. Hours would begin at 8:30-9am and end anywhere from 2-4pm depending on volume and the evening shift begins at 4pm and ends anywhere from 11pm to 12:30am depending on day of the week and volume.
Candidates must have a valid City of Austin food handlers or food manager card.

We handcraft our bars in Southwest Austin (Hwy 290 West of the Y) Every batch is made from scratch out of raw, organic, cacao. We melt, mix, temper, pour, and wrap our bars by hand.
Primary duties include: MAKING CHOCOLATE and WRAPPING BARS.
We value attention to detail, efficiency in the kitchen, punctuality and enthusiasm! In return for help with chocolate production, you will learn a great deal about chocolate and the tempering process, get in on the ground floor of an exciting, high growth company, and work directly with Great Bean’s head chocolatier and kitchen manager.
Commercial kitchen/production experience appreciated but not required.
We can offer a small stipend for this internship opportunity, and if you want to learn about making chocolate, there is no better way!
