Le Bistrette is a student run, on campus cafe featuring American cuisine. It is the capstone class, American Regional, for students completing their first year of the Culinary Arts program. Students gain a practical hands-on experience at a live, quick service restaurant which tests their knowledge gained up to this point in their studies. Each student will work every station in the fast paced kitchen, including becoming a manager one week during the restaurant’s operation.

Gratuities are not accepted, but please give us your feedback on the comment cards. This is very important for the student’s growth and development.
