The Culinary Arts Department works with students who want to spend additional time developing knife skills, becoming more familiar with kitchen practices, and expanding their culinary knowledge.
All skills labs will focus on basic knife skills, unless otherwise requested. Students must submit special requests one week in advance and are subject to the approval of the instructor.
Skills Lab for Fall 2014 will be held after 6:00pm by appointment only. Contact Chef Bradley Randolph-Adams for availablity.
