Consultation Services:

My extensive experience in medical parasitology enables me to offer a wide variety of consultation services. This includes everything from technical advice on procedures used to isolate parasites from clinical specimens, to assistance with identifying organisms. Due to extensive experience in outbreak investigations, I also can provide advice and information relative to potential outbreaks of giardiasis, cryptosporidiosis, cyclosporiasis, amoebiasis, and a wide variety of other parasitic diseases.

I am available also for providing assistance with training activities, including workshops, lectures and presentations. My 33+ year career as Section Chief of the Medical Parasitology Laboratory in the Texas Department of Health involved extensive activities in training and evaluation. Since retirement, I have taught medical parasitology in Austin Community College’s Medical Laboratory Technology Program as well as in the Clinical Laboratory Science program at Southwest Texas University in San Marcos. As a result, I have many “canned” lectures and proven training regimens.

My fees are reasonable and negotiable. If interested, please contact me by way of the E-mail address listed on the front page of this web site.
