General Studies in Science

As a student of science, engineering, or math, your path at Austin Community College could lead to almost any related job field you set your sights on. If you’re still unsure as to what that job field is, our general studies degree is designed just for you. The General Studies Program in science, engineering, and math gives you the benefit of two years of a broad, general college education. The curriculum is adaptable to allow you to explore several subject areas.

Career Information

It is an exciting time to contemplate a career in science, engineering, and math. ACC’s faculty advisors will give you all the support you need to create a course plan designed for either a university transfer or entry to the workforce. Those considering transfer should always check the requirements of the transfer institution.
