Welcome! As you move into more challenging positions, you will be asked to manage budgets. The Hospitality Financial Management class will help you know what to manage to make budget numbers come out to your advantage. Marketing and Sales are exciting areas in the Hospitality field. This class will cover the strategic position that marketing plays in the management dynamic of hotels and hospitality entities as well as addressing the practical application of the sales discipline as part of marketing strategy. Liz Alexander, CMP, has been an instructor for ACC since 2003. Ms. Alexander has experience with university hospitality management, corporate hotel sales, and meeting and event planning management for private and public entities.
