This is an advanced certificate program after completion of the Medical Laboratory Technology program. It has 3 courses (8 credit hours), which will be taken one each semester, fall, spring and summer. Applicants must have AAS or BS in Laboratory Sciences with current certification. Students who hold other science degrees may be considered for acceptance pending department chair approval. Individuals who meet ASCP requirements can use the coursework as the foundation for taking the certification exam.
