Surgical Technologists work on a surgical team to ensure safe and successful procedures at hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. Their primary function is to assist surgeons with the passing of instruments and patient exposure. Graduates are eligible to take the National Certifying Exam for Surgical Technologies.
