DEGREE PLANS FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

If you wish to transfer to a four-year university baccalaureate program you should follow the curriculum for the Business Administration Associate of Science Degree.

Financial Management is an approved TECH PREP program. Students completing a high school Tech Prep Program with appropriate competency may receive some college credit.

ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE DEGREE -Mortgage Banking - This program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary so that a graduate may advance in career paths appropriate to that person's own particular interests and abilities in the field of mortgage banking. In addition to the specific technical skills and knowledge required to originate, process and manage mortgage loans, the graduate will have covered skills in other areas such as real estate, communication, accounting and business.

MORTGAGE BANKING CERTIFICATE -This certificate program is designed to meet the needs of the individuals in the community who desire skills and knowledge in mortgage banking. All of these courses will aid these employees of the mortgage banking industry. All courses may be applied towards the Mortgage Banking Associates Degree if the student desires to pursue an associate degree.
