National Collegiate Foreign Language
Honor Society

The Alpha Mu Gamma - Nu Sigma is a National Collegiate Honor Society for Foreign Languages. The following are requirements for joining:

• Full members: Must have completed 2 consecutive language courses with a grade of A. (Either Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Latin, Russian, Spanish or English as a Second Language.) They should have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. The lifetime membership fee is $35.00, payable to any ACC cashier for the code 84AMG. (This fee includes certificate of recognition and a lapel pin and membership card.)
• Associate Members: Must have completed 1 language course with a grade of A, and currently be enrolled in the consecutive language course. (Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Latin, Russian, Spanish or English as a Second Language.) The semester membership fee is $2.00, payable to any ACC cashier for the code 84AMG. (This fee includes a certificate of recognition.)

Applications are available at any Student Life Office. Students should submit an unofficial transcript with their application.
