If you can answer “Yes” to each of the questions above, fill out Part III completely, have any courses listed in questions III-9 verified by signatures of your professors, and follow whatever instructions you were given about handling in the application?

 

** Grades offered in satisfaction of the requirements above, shall be the equivalent of two three semester hours college level courses in the target language.

** Any chapter may adopt for itself higher, but not lower, requirements than those listed above.
