Accounting Program

Irwin Fine Scholarship - Irwin Fine taught accounting at ACC for close to 10 years. His life and teaching had an impact on students and staff alike.

Ward-Fuller Scholarship - Established in memory of two former ACC Accounting Professors - Steven Churchill Ward and Jim Fuller.  Steven took a personal interest and pride in the students he taught at ACC.  Jim was a decorated pilot in the USAF before pursuing his passion for teaching at Austin Community College.

Art Program

Steve Kramer Endowed Scholarship - Steve Kramer, former Department Chair for the Art Department at ACC, shared his outstanding talent with many students.  His artwork remains part of ACC's permanent collection.

Building Construction Technology Program

Royce & Donna Faulkner Family Endowed Scholarship - Former Chairman of the ACC Board of Trustees, Royce Faulkner and his wife Donna, created this scholarship to support students in the Building Construction Technology Program.

Education Program

Jo Frances Hill Endowed Scholarship - This scholarship program is in honor of Jo Frances Hill, who taught for a total of 51 years at Austin Community College and in the Austin Independent School District.

Emergency Medical Services Professions Program

Eric Hanson Endowed Scholarship - Eric was a graduate of the ACC EMS Program.  He was an outstanding student who was well respected by fellow students, faculty, and colleagues. He was a member of the Marble Falls EMS department.

Maxine Black Endowed Scholarship - Maxine Black was an Adjunct Faculty member in the ACC EMS Program.  She was a dedicated professor and sent graduates out into the paramedic field prepared and ready for the high demands of the job.

Legal Assistant Program

Ruth Townley Endowed Scholarship - Ruth Townley was one of seven children and graduated Valedictorian of her high school class.  She went on to be a successful Legal Secretary in Texas.

Visual Communication Program

Ben Clough Endowed Scholarship - Ben was an avid bicyclist and talented artist. He was a very unique and creative person who shared his talent with the community through posters he created for local events.

Edwina Fredlund Traverso Endowed Scholarship - Edwina was a talented adjunct faculty member for 10 years in the department now known as Visual Communications.

Didi Stuart Endowed Scholarship in the Graphic Arts - Didi Stuart was a member of Austin's graphic arts community.  Her talent was admired by industry colleagues.

General Scholarship Programs

College Connection Scholarship - This scholarship assists incoming freshmen from area high schools that have participated in the ACC College Connection Program.

Peggy Hale Croshaw Endowed Scholarship - Peggy was a faculty member in the ACC Chemistry department for almost a decade.  This scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Chemistry, Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-Engineering or Allied Health at ACC.

Bob Lain Endowed Scholarship - This endowment was established to honor Bob Lain upon his retirement from Austin Community College.  Bob taught in the History Deparment at ACC for over a quarter of a century.  This scholarship helps women over 35 returning to or starting college.

Presidential Scholarship - This scholarship is awarded to students who exhibit high academic standards at ACC.

Veteran's Scholarship Fund - This scholarship fund was set up to assist military veterans with tuition, fees and books.

ACC Student & Program Support

Student Emergency Fund - The Student Emergency Fund was created to assist ACC students who encounter situations that would jeopardize their ability to complete their program of study.


Memorial Scholarship Fund - Memorial funds can be given in memory of an individual.  Scholarships are awarded in $1000 increments.
