In-Kind Gifts

Gifts of equipment, software, hardware, electronics, instruments, furniture… are beneficial to the college, its instructors, and students. Donors should contact the Foundation to learn whether the in-kind contribution is needed. Faculty or employees who have determined that the donation is appropriate for their program should complete the In-Kind Donation form.

1. Faculty or staff should determine if the donation is appropriate for their program and will be used by the department prior to accepting.
2. Donor completes the top portion of the in-kind donation form.  The bottom portion is to be completed by the ACC employee accepting the item.  The donor is responsible for providing the value of the non-cash item.
3. The in-kind donation form is sent to the ACC Foundation Office at the Highland Business Center.
