Joan Wolf Ort Memorial Scholarship

Purpose:

To assist students enrolled in the second year of the ACC Diagnostic Radiology Program.

Joan Ort had an aptitude for patient care, and that strength will be evaluated in the scholarship applications.

Criteria:

Must have a 3.0 GPA overall
Must enroll in the required semester hours as designated by the Diagnostic Radiology curriculum
Financial need as determined by the ACC Financial Aid Office

To apply, complete the ACC General Scholarship Application and return it to any

ACC Financial Aid Office

Terms of Scholarship:

The number of awards and the dollar amount will be based on the funds available
Successfully complete the required semester hours in the Diagnostic Radiology curriculum with a 3.0 GPA
Scholarship applies to tuition, fees, and books only
Re-application necessary each academic year
