Potential Distance Learning Students
If you are considering taking a Government Distance Learning course, you should first take the Learning Style Self-Assessment test prior to committing to this type of class. This assessment could help you determine if you have the potential to do well in a distance learning class or whether an in/class experience might better suit you.

ORIENTATION
PROCEDURES**
For DIL Classes: Online orientations
should be completed anytime up to end of the first week of
classes.
To complete your online orientation for the United
States Government or Texas State & Local Government DIL
classes:
- Find your class syllabus below& download
it, and read it carefully,
- Complete and submit the On-Line Information Form
located below. remembering to click submit,
- Proceed to the ACC Testing Centers site to check on
the locations & hours of operation of all ACC testing
facilities, download Computerized Testing Procedures (link below).
- Download the MLA documentation instructions which
you will need for your report.
