The reason that I love teaching at ACC is because I am working with a talented team of professionals who have actually practiced what they are teaching. The diverse student body at ACC also brings a wealth of experiences to the classroom. This creates a dynamic environment based on applying sound theories to real life experiences.

There are several key lessons that come from studying Business. The first is self awareness about the student's own natural style--the way each person reacts to a situation. The second is a set of tools that allows one to adjust their style to fit the needs of the organization, and the people that the student will be managing. Finally, the student gains the confidence to use the different tools in Business situations.

I'm a Brown University Graduate and Arizona State University Executive MBA honors graduate, with more than 20 years of technical executive experience in general management of organizations from 0 to $280 million in revenue, as well as program management, design management, product marketing, and operational leadership.  See the about tab for more info.
