Chair's Report, Gaye Lynn Scott:

A Faculty Emergency Fund has been created by the college. If you would like to contribute to the fund, contributions can be made through the ACC Foundation.

The college has a new emergency telephone number, 222. Please use this rather than the old 711 telephone number if you have an emergency while on campus.

Spring staffing has been completed.

The Summer schedule has been submitted in draft form. Full-timers will be asked to make their selections in late January. Adjuncts will be asked to submit their preferences February 2-12 via the e-staffing system. Classes will be offered to adjuncts Feb. 13-20, they will be asked to accept or decline the classes offered Feb. 21-24.

The college will create Collegial Teaching Teams in the weeks to come in order to "further facilitate adjunct faculty member participation in the academic life of ACC" (AR 4.06.012). Teams of adjuncts and full-time faculty will be created by the Task Force Chair and the Dean. We would like to make this truly beneficial to all members of the team.

Committee Reports

If your section of Govt 2305 or 2306 was selected for inclusion, please administer the questions and send them to Marilyn Mote-Yale at NRG.
