Center for Civic Education - "We the People-Citizen and Constitution" Curriculum includes simulations of congressional hearing for K-12 and a competition. "We the People-Project Citizen" is a civic education program for middle school students that promotes competent and responsible participation in state and local government and also leads to a competition.
