Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology

NATE (North American Technician Excellence)

NATE, North American Technician Excellence, is the nation's largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) technicians. NATE is the only technician certification organization governed, owned, operated, developed and supported by the HVACR industry.

ACC HART is a NATE training and testing facility.

Although not required, experience (not just training) is strongly recommended before taking any of the the certification tests.
Anyone can take the NATE tests at ACC - it is not necessary to be an ACC student.

The next NATE test is April 13-14, 2012
