About: (TCCES) promotes public safety and crime reduction through assessment and rehabilitative programs for adults and juveniles referred by various criminal justice affiliates.
Education Programs. TCCES provides rehabilitative classes for offenders who have committed crimes such as hot check writing, shoplifting, assault, some felony crimes, and other misdemeanors. The center also provides classes for first-time youth offenders.

Education Program Menu
The fees collected for the education classes are used to run the center and make up the Travis County Crime Victim's Fund. These funds are used to help crime victims receive services at local agencies. Several agencies that serve crime victims receive funding from this source.
Alcohol / Drug and Family Violence Programs

TCCES is also responsible for the evaluation, supervision, monitoring, education, counseling, and referral of offenders involved in family violence, alcohol, and drug related crimes.

About: Individuals with abuse/addiction issues can obtain treatment in our Intensive Outpatient Programs while continuing to work and live in their home community.

Group and individual counseling, educational lectures and 12-Step program philosophy are the cornerstones of our program. An individualized approach to treatment and small group settings allow the patient to explore personal issues which contribute to the cycle of addiction. Family members are included in weekly Family Groups. Together, the family members and patient address issues central to a healthy recovery.

Adolescents, by the nature of their development impairments, have special needs in social and behavioral adjustments.
Family Programs
In order to facilitate the growth of the entire family, family programs are provided on Saturday for all immediate family members and significant others. Family Counselors meet on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for educational and conjoint sessions.
Aftercare
Aftercare services are available at many different levels of care. All clients leaving treatment are eligible for aftercare for up to one year.

Adult Treatment Program
The Adult Program serves male and female clients ages 18 and up. This program is generally 30 to 35 days in length; changes in lengths of stay are considered on an individual basis and are based on clinical needs. All adult clients are assigned a primary case manager as well as a small group for engaging in group process.

Impaired Professionals Track
The Impaired Professionals' Track falls beneath the umbrella of the Adult Program. This track serves male and female clients who have a professional license that may be impacted by their substance use disorder. Others are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients who have benefited from this track include teachers, physicians, mental health therapists, nurses, and lawyers. This is a 30-day program; changes in lengths of stay are considered on an individual basis and are based on clinical needs. All clients in the program are assigned a primary case manager and also to a small group to engage in group process. Clients in this track are assigned to a specific case manager and small group.

Adolescent Program Treatment Program
The Adolescent Program serves male clients between the ages of 13 to 17. This is a 45-day program; changes in lengths of stay are considered on an individual basis and are based on clinical needs. All adult clients are assigned a primary case manager as well as a small group for engaging in group process. Another important feature of this program is provided through SRC's contract with Center Point ISD. Through independent study several days per week, clients in the Summit House Adolescent Program can earn high school credit while obtaining treatment for their substance use disorders.

Family Treatment Program
SRC emphasizes the importance of the family system in all of its programs and tracks. To that end, SRC provides an intensive, 3-day, family program which includes a combination of education, family and multi-family group process, and skills building.
