About:

Character & Leadership Development
Whether participants are navigating an obstacle course through teamwork or helping out with voter registration drives, these programs help kids develop a positive self-image and gain a sense of community.
Education & Career Development
The goal here is to improve a kid’s reading, writing and math skills, as well as teach them their way around a computer. These programs also enhance career potential by helping with career planning and goal setting.
Health & Life Skills
The focus is on the prevention and awareness of drugs, alcohol and teenage pregnancy. The hope is that by encouraging positive behavior, kids will look after their own well-being and become self-sufficient adults.
The Arts
These programs aim to develop creativity and cultural awareness through photography, drawing, singing, dance, storytelling and more. Members have the opportunity to try out new art media and master new skills.
Sports, Fitness & Recreation
Sports and fitness are emphasized as a positive use of leisure time. Team sports, leagues and individual sports help kids learn social skills, stress management and an appreciation for the natural environment.

About: Care Coordination involves families from identified AISD schools in the wraparound approach to service delivery.Wraparound is a strengths-based model of social service delivery that offers the entire family support to meet their goals. A Child and Family Team is created by the parent/primary caregiver and the Care Coordinator, which typically includes a school representative, service providers, family members, a neighbor or friend, and others. This team meets regularly to develop and implement a Plan Of Care, which defines the family's needs, strengths, goals, and planned interventions. The team can use a network of service providers, including therapists, mentors, parent coaches, case managers, and others to assist the family.
