Low Cost Immunizations

Effective November 1, 2007

Un- and underinsured students needing assistance to complete their immunization requirements can now:

• Receive low-cost immunizations at their local health department
• Obtain immunizations with No Voucher required
• Call the local health department for specific locations, dates, and times
• Make appointments as required at some locations
