ACC's Occupational Therapy Assistant program prepares students to work collaboratively with Licensed Occupational Therapists in promoting and maintaining function when patients experience disease or disability. Occupational therapy assistants work with people of all ages with physical, emotional, social and developmental disabilities.

The Occupational Therapy collaborative team observes, evaluates, plans and carries out treatment, documents progress, and orders and prepares equipment needed for therapeutic intervention.
