The Physical Therapist Assistant is an important member of the dynamic profession of physical therapy. Physical therapist assistants work under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist to rehabilitate people from injury or disease by improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing further injury. The Physical Therapist Assistant participates as a member of the healthcare team to make it possible for patients to participate in life to its fullest.

Our program is nationally accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education of the American Physical Therapy Association (111 N.
