Traditional Track
Offers basic nursing education (online or on-site) to the unlicensed individual. The degree plan consists of 33 semester credit hours of non-nursing course work and 38 semester credit hours of nursing coursework that includes classroom, laboratory and clinical learning experiences.

Mobility Track
An accelerated program of study for board certified or licensed individuals from the Licensed Vocational Nursing, Emergency Medical Services (Paramedic), Occupational Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Medical Lab Technology, Surgical Technology, Radiology, Sonography, Dental Hygiene, or Respiratory Therapist Assistant programs from an accredited university, using both classroom and Web-based education. The degree plan consists of 36 semester credit hours of non-nursing coursework and 26 semester credit hours of nursing course work that includes theory, laboratory and clinical learning experiences. Note: The license or board certification must be maintained in good standing throughout the duration of the mobility program.

Traditional Track Alternate Entry
Criteria for Admission
- You must be a recent graduate from the ACC LVN program - no more than 1
year since graduation (e.g., graduate in May, must enter ADN program by
the following January).
- You do not need to have an LVN license.
- You
must meet all the regular requirements for admission to the ADN
program: pre-requisite courses for the Traditional Track Alternate
Entery program, immunizations, HESI Admission requirement, etc. To

Once
you meet all the admission criteria, fill out an application and bring
the application and all necessary information to the information office
on the third floor, room 8356, and indicate that you are an Alternate
Entry Applicant.
If you are accepted as an Alternate
Entry student, and if space is available, you can enter as a Level 2
student, skipping Level 1 courses.
Note: You must have 9 college credit hours above the hours required for the ADN degree plan.
If
you do not meet these requirements, you may be eligible for Mobilty
