June 15th	Apply Online to the BON (Click Here), fee ($139.00). See Graduation Process instructions. (Fee payable to the Texas Board of Nursing)
June 15th	Last day to apply for graduation; obtain materials from Level 4 Faculty, turn in to Sheila, room 8227).
Sept. 1st	Mail in $200 fee for NCLEX Registration. (Make checks payable the National Council of State Boards of Nursing) School Code: 27-432
June 15th July 20th for those needing to take the 2nd HESI	Print HESI Exit Exam Word (38 KB) PDF (94 KB) Pay $38.00 testing fee at Eastview Campus Cashier's Office. (Payable to ACC)
