Seminars/Class Labs:

- Purpose of seminars/class labs: Seminars- a time to meet with the instructor to ask questions regarding content/Learning Guides on the topics listed on the calendar.
- *Seminars/class labs-attendance NOT required
- Recommendations for success:
- Utilize class communication system (peer study group/Blackboard Discussion Board) to share/review Learning Guides, modules, clarify concepts and content prior to date stated on calendar.
- Check Announcements in Blackboard frequently-at least several times a week
- Check ACC email frequently for important communication- *Must access & utilize ACC email address.
- Participate in Discussion Board in Blackboard; be an active learner.

RNSG 2362: Clinical IV (Hybrid)
Spring 2012:
Dosage Calculation Test : ( access for review information). Please bring calculator.- Access link for information regarding required exam and suggestions for success.
- See calendar for date and time. (Jan 17, 2012-7:30 am at RRC computer lab rm 3334.03).
Present at Clinical Orientation: Jan 17, 2012 at 12 pm RRC Skill lab
- All required clinical forms including:
- Clinical Clearance form
- Written Skills Quiz & RNCEUS (Access link; must be complete requirements, and submit at Orientation to RNSG 2362)
- Compass form - due in nursing office PRIOR to completion of prior fall or spring semester; *access link or obtain from nursing office
- Access syllabus via Blackboard, print syllabus, sign, present syllabus release form at orientation
- Must be co-registered with RNSG 2432 Enhanced Concepts of Adult Health: (DL section).
- Clinical groups re-assigned as necessary; clinical instructor determines schedule.
- Clinical sites: UMCB & other TBA
- Clinical times: typically Wed pm & Thurs. days (some 12 hr); other TBA.
- Clinical schedule linked through Calendar (see above) when available
