1. Students are required to submit proof of required immunizations when submitting an application for admission to a Sonography Program. These immunizations include:

a. at least two (2) Hepatitis B immunizations.

b. all three (3) Hepatitis B immunizations in the correct order or a positive serologic test indicating immunity.

c. at least the first Hepatitis B immunization.

d. Meningitis vaccine.
