The Sonography Programs Application Process can be found in the links to the left of your screen. Please complete a Sonography Information Session (on-line or on-campus), review the Admission Process, and note the dates of availability of the on-line Application form.

Online Application
The online Sonography Application is only available between December 1 and February 1 (the application period each year). The application will be available again on December 1, 2009.
