Welcome to the Surgical Technology Department

Surgical technologists assist operating-room teams before, during, and after surgeries, along with other responsibilities. Graduates are eligible for work in hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, or research facilities.

Department Announcements

To protect patients and provide a safe environment for students, staff, and the public, all students/faculty participating in clinical/practicum experiences/courses in any facility during the spring 2010 semester will be required to provide documentation of the seasonal and H1NI flu vaccine.
