David Acevedo

David joined Austin Community College as the new Help Desk Supervisor on January 16, 2007.

David comes from Gold Sever Support, where he supported PowerEdge High Performance High Density Computing. This involved all aspects of server support, including Database recovery, recovery of failed RAID arrays, configuration of Open Manage and configuration of Power distribution. David was also a member of the Automation Engineering Group at Boeing Aerospace where he supported the manufacture of cockpit electronics for 737, 747, 757, 767, and Dash. This involved all aspects of electronic manufacture, building construction, software development and installation of Hewlett-Packard and DEC local area controllers, also various automated inserters and transporters.
