Helpdesk Technician

Gary Kaisinger

Gary Kaisinger joined Austin Community College as a new Help Desk Technician on December 05, 2005.

Gary has over 36 years of experience including corporate experience in the following industries, Computer Technologies, Computer Support, Web Development, AIX System Support and most recently IBM Internal Technical Support for Solution Developers.

Gary also worked as a Web developer for IBM and Golfcraft Golf Corporation.

Gary is tasked with supporting faculty and staff with technical computer issues and student issues with ACC hardware and software.

Gary has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, from North Carolina State University.
Gary is also graduate of the IBM  Systems Research Institute of Technology.
