Helpdesk Technician

Jessica Overstreet

Jessica has an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology for Local Area Network Information Security Specialization. While pursuing her Associates' Degree she interned in the Pinnacle Computer Lab as a Computer Lab Tech.

After graduation she went on to work for a popular Usenet company, assisting users with connectivity and other Usenet issues.

She rejoined ACC in January of 2008 as a Help Desk Technician and is pursuing a second Associate's Degree in Microcomputer Applications - User and Desktop Support.

She enjoys tinkering around with Linux systems and is working on becoming our Mac expert.
