The ACC Technical Support Services helps ACC faculty and staff with a variety of problems
including: e-mail, voice mail, and computer hardware problems. If you
are having a problem or have a question about setting up your computer,
contact the Technical Support Services at 223-8324 or e-mail them at
If the Help Center technicians cannot answer your questions or assist you
with your problem, they will put you in touch with someone who can assist

Faculty Online Services
ACC Online Services provides a Web interface to information contained in the Datatel
system. ACC faculty can use ACC Online Services to view their class
schedule, obtain up-to-date class rosters, and enter student grades.
You will need an ACCeID to login to many of our systems, such as the
Online Services, Login, Blackboard, and
Wireless. To set-up your ACCeID,

Voice Mail Information
If you need information on setting up and using your ACC voice mail
Technical Support Services
provides e-mail accounts for all ACC faculty and
staff. Email accounts for Faculty are created by an
automated process so that accounts are available 45
days before the first day of employment. This
provides faculty with the ability to have their
email set up and ready to use on the first day of
classes. To set up your ACCmail account
Email is accessible from computers in the adjunct faculty offices
on campuses. Adjunct offices are available at each campus. To login at
computer you will need a domain account. Your supervisor will need
to submit a domain
World Wide Web Accounts:
ACC is using Google sites for faculty and staff websites. For more
information on creating and updating your site
ACC now provides wireless access to all Faculty/Staff while on campus. The ACC Faculty/Staff wireless network uses
"over-the-air" communications and may be subject to unauthorized interception and are not inherently secure.
We therefore cannot guarantee the privacy of your data and communications while using the ACC wireless service.
