The ACC Help Center helps ACC faculty and staff with a variety of problems
including: e-mail, voice mail, and computer hardware problems. If you
are having a problem or have a question about setting up your computer,
contact the Help Center at 223-4357 or e-mail them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the Help Center technicians cannot answer your questions or assist you
with your problem, they will put you in touch with someone who can assist

Faculty Online Services
ACC Online Services provides a Web interface to information contained in the Datatel system. ACC faculty
can use ACC Online Services to view their class schedule, obtain up-to-date class rosters, and
enter student grades. ACC students can use ACC Online Services to register and pay for classes, add and drop
during the designated add/drop period, print their schedules, view grades by term, check their financial aid, and
obtain unofficial transcripts.
You will need an ACCeID to login to many of our systems, such as the
Faculty and Staff Login, Blackboard, and Wireless. To set-up your ACCeID,

ACC full-time faculty are required to submit an electronic timesheet each month in order to generate
accurate paychecks. Electronic timesheets for faculty are used to report absences, such as sick leave or professional leave.
Your immediate supervisor is responsible for approving your timesheet by the deadline so that it can be processed by payroll.
You will use your ACCeID to login to ACCeTime.
Note: Full-time faculty will have a timesheet for summer except when they are off-contract.

Information Technology provides
e-mail accounts for all ACC faculty and staff. Email
accounts for Faculty are created by an automated
process so that accounts are available 45 days
before the first day of employment. This provides
faculty with the ability to have their email set up
and ready to use on the first day of classes.

ACC faculty and staff are eligible to have WWW accounts on our web server.

Datatel, Domain Login and Telephone Information
Your supervisor will know whether or not you will require access to
Datatel, the ACC network and/or a telephone extension. They will need to
request this access for you.

ACC now provides wireless access to all Faculty/Staff while on campus. The ACC Faculty/Staff wireless network uses
"over-the-air" communications and may be subject to unauthorized interception and are not inherently secure.
We therefore cannot guarantee the privacy of your data and communications while using the ACC wireless service.
