Help Desk The ACC Help Desk helps ACC faculty and staff with a variety of problems including: e-mail, voice mail, and computer hardware problems. If you are having a problem or have a question about setting up your computer, contact the Help Desk at 223-4357 or e-mail them at helpdesk@austincc.edu. If the Help Desk technicians cannot answer your questions or assist you with your problem, they will put you in touch with someone who can assist you. You can also fill out a Service Request Form. ACCeID You will need an ACCeID to login to many of our systems, such as the Faculty and Staff Login and Wireless. To set-up your ACCeID, please visit the ACCeID Manager Login. ACCeTime ACC Classified, Hourly and Professional-Technical employees are required to submit an electronic timesheet each month in order to generate accurate paychecks. Electronic timesheets for Professional-Technical are used to report absences, such as sick leave or professional leave. For Classified and Hourly employees it is used to report all worked hours. Your immediate supervisor is responsible for approving your timesheet by the deadline so that it can be processed by payroll. You will use your ACCeID to login to ACCeTime. For more information on ACCeTime click here. E-mail Information Technology provides e-mail accounts for all ACC faculty and staff. Email accounts for staff are created by an automated process so that accounts are available on the first day of employment.  Account information can be obtained by contacting the Help Desk 223-HELP or helpdesk@austincc.edu. World Wide Web Accounts ACC faculty and staff are eligible to have WWW accounts on our web server. For more information on signing up for a WWW account, please click here. Datatel, Domain Login and Telephone Information Your supervisor will know whether or not you will require access to Datatel, the ACC network and/or a telephone extension. They will need to request this access for you. More information: Datatel, Domain Login Form or Telephone Information Wireless ACC now provides wireless access to all Faculty/Staff while on campus. The ACC Faculty/Staff wireless network uses "over-the-air" communications and may be subject to unauthorized interception and are not inherently secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the privacy of your data and communications while using the ACC wireless service. For more information please refer to the Wireless Documentation page.
