Help Center

The ACC Help Center assists ACC students with a variety of problems including: ACCeID activation and login issues, Blackboard and wireless issues . If you are having a problem or have a question, contact the Help Desk at 223-7937 or submit a Help Request. If the Help Desk Technicians cannot answer your questions or assist you with your problem, they will put you in touch with someone who can assist you.

ACCeID

You will need an ACCeID to login to many of our systems, such as the Student Login, Blackboard and wireless. To set-up your ACCeID, please visit the ACCeID Manager Login. For assistance setting up the ACCeID, please visit our ACCeID Help Page.

Blackboard

Blackboard is an online course management system used to supplement the delivery of many of ACC's Distance Learning and on-campus courses. Not every Distance Learning course uses Blackboard. To find out if your course is taught using Blackboard, complete your DL Course Orientation—Blackboard information will be provided if applicable to your DL class.

Wireless

ACC now provides wireless access to all students while on campus. The ACC Student wireless network uses "over-the-air" communications and may be subject to unauthorized interception and are not inherently secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the privacy of your data and communications while using the ACC wireless service.
