How do I update my current address at ACC?
To update your address please fill out the
Student Data Change Form.
You can turn it in at the Admissions & Records office at any campus in person,
fax it in or mail it in. The fax numbers and address are at the bottom of the form.
A copy of a photo I.D. must accompany your request.

What are the steps to the ACC admissions process?

New Student Steps:
- You must complete an ACC new student application.
- Turn in a Residency Information Form.
- Turn in any transcripts (high school and College)
- Complete the ACC101 new student orientation.
(Only if student does not have College hours.)
- Take the Assessment Test if just coming in from high school and if
you are not exempt from there SAT, TASK, or ACT.
- Meet with the ACC student Advisor.
When you meet with the advisor, you need to make sure your status is moved from applicant to student
- Once you have met with an Advisor you will be able to register when eligible.

How do I find out what books I need for my class?
You can go to any ACC bookstore with a copy of your schedule or class information, they can help you locate the books you need.
You can also wait until the first day of class and get the information about books from the class syllabus, or you can order online.

I have changed my current last name, how do I change it at ACC?
You have to change your name by filling out a

How do I get my ACC parking pass?
Go to any major campus and pick up a receipt at the Cashiers Office and take it to the Campus Police office
to receive your Parking Permit. You will need a photo ID, your license plate number, and your drivers license number.

How do I get my ACC refund?
Refunds will be automatically processed after the 12th day of classes. If
you paid by credit card it will go back to your card. If you paid by
check, cash, or money order, your refund will be applied to your
ACCOneCard account.

I get a Granted Petition error when trying to register, why?
A Granted Petition is required to enroll in these classes.
The Department Head of the class must give you permission to take the class.
They must go into the system and give you a Granted Petition.

activation.
