Faculty & Staff Individual ACC Webmail AccountEmail accounts for employees and staff are created once the HR on boarding process is complete. This typically occurs 3-5 days after the employee’s start date. Once the employee data has been replicated across the servers, the account is created automatically. This insures that the account is created with the correct employee information. Accounts created with the wrong information will cause a significant delay in the employee’s access to Email, E-time, and online services. Contacting HR or the Helpdesk will not speed up this automatic process. |

ACCmail for Students - Google Apps at ACCAustin Community College now has student email. ACC is teaming with Google Apps for Education to
provide personalized email accounts to all ACC students. It’s called ACCmail and will allow the college
community to share information and ideas more easily. |
