LISTSERV Request Form

NOTE:  If you expect your LISTSERV to have fewer than 15 members, you may want to consider using an e-mail address book instead of this. Please contact the Help Desk for more information.

ACC Employees may request a mailing list account to support ACC related communications. For an electronic communications services for classes, contact Seth Wilkerson at  sethw@austincc.edu or 223-7384. LISTSERV's should be used for email list that are not course related.

Please fill in the information requested below which will be used to assess what kind of list you need and how it should be set up.

NOTE:  The list name will be used as the email address for the list. For example, to send email to a list named DEPTLIST-L, the address would be DEPTLIST-L@austincc.edu. The list name can contain letters, number, dashes and underscore characters. No special characters such as slashes or percent signs may be used. LISTSERV names usually have "-L" at the end of the name to indicate that it is a LISTSERV name. You may end your list name with "-L", but it isn't required.
