Welcome to Bistro 3158
Bistro 3158 is one of the most unique dining experiences in Austin. Since the spring of 2000, this fine dining experience has dazzled the many guests we have served. The students of the Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Meeting & Event Planning programs at Austin Community College are the soul behind the unmatched cuisine and unbelievable service. Bistro 3158 is located at the Eastview Campus at 3401 Webberville Road.
On selected Thursdays through the semester, the students of Bistro 3158 will be creating a dining experience that will feature cuisine celebrating international destinations around the globe. Guests will be able to choose from
a delightful standards as well as a Chef's Special menu featuring cuisine from the themed city of the evening.
Reservations are strongly suggested. Guests may make reservations by clicking the link above or calling 223-5334. Due to limited space all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
