Virginia and I had to put this on.  A true Rib eye steak, sliced ultra thin,  sautéed with onions and peppers and finished with our secret seasoning served on homemade sandwich buns with what else? Cheez Whiz ® to make it authentic.

Lightly sautéed lean corned beef (made in house by our Culinary department) served on rye bread with sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.

Housemade bratwurst sausage covered with caramelized onions on an onion roll, served with stone ground mustard on the side.
